About Mel

My name is Mel and I have been scrapbooking for about 2 years. I first started scrapbooking when my son was 2 because I didn't like plain old photo albums and wanted to do something different with my sons photos. I attend a local scrapbooking store's "crop nights" where we can scrap without the usual interuptions, enjoy a cuppa and cake with friends and learn heaps of new ideas.

I enjoy scrapbooking because there is no order to it. You can do your pages as plain or as decorated as you like. It's about your preference. You can have many different themed albums or just one album with many themes jumbled in it. In my albums there are many plain block pages among other lumpy bumpy or snazzy pages depending on the theme of the photos. It doesn't matter how you do it.

I have decided to make this site to share some great tips and information that I have learnt throughout my time scrapbooking.
